GREEN BUILDING – LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design)

Green Building (Sustainable Construction) is a growing trend in the construction industry. We have made a firm commitment to becoming a leader in this sector.

We are proud of the fact that we have recently achieved Gold Certification on three projects, St. Petersburg College Natural Science and Math Building, GSA Citizenship and Immigration Building and the University of Florida College of Dentistry Pediatric Dental Clinic. We have also received Silver certification at the University of North Florida Parking Services project and have 8 additional projects that are LEED registered and are in the certification review process.

We are members of the USGBC (U.S. Green Building Council ) and have 26 LEED Accredited Professionals in our regional offices as well as our Preconstruction services department to assist our clients and construction teams as a resource.
