The project is for the construction of a New Addition approximately 55,000 gross square foot, two story proposed tie in to Walker Hall. Existing structure is PSI Joist, Light gauge metal stud and Brick Veneer, Bar joist with light weight Concrete deck. The site is Master planned with some fill from previous projects.
