University Medial Park

University Medical Park is a multi-building phased medical office complex. Materials used in the construction of the building were concrete, masonry, and a standing seam metal roof. The elevator continues to the roof level for access to the mechanical systems.

Phase I included all the site work and Building #1 including a branch of Bon Secours Hospital, an orthopedics office, laboratory, facilities for outpatient surgery, and a rehabilitation center complete with pool and doctors' offices. In all, ten separate medical tenants occupy Building #1

Phase II of the project included Building #2 and eight separate medical tenants.

Phase III of this project constructed Building #3 with _ ten___ medical tenants.
