University of South Florida Academic Building

This project for the University of South Florida consisted of Academic and Faculty support for over 4800 students.  The building is constructed on the historic Crosley Estate with a pedestrian/bicycle pathway to connect the building to the main campus by the way of the Uplands Bay Front Reserve, which will include a conservation and passive recreation area to serve USF, New College and the Uplands neighborhood. The project has Mediterranean style architecture to correspond to the current look and feel of the existing campus.  Key design features of this building are the entrance rotunda and radiused tilt-wall panels.
